• A registered Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD) or associated with an AMFI/SEBI-certified financial advisory entity.

• Using the platform for business purposes only, not for personal investment or resale.
  
  

2. Services Provided

MFEcosystem offers the following:

• Regular Plan: Tools for client portfolio tracking, reporting, compliance, communication, and dashboard analytics.
  
  
• White Label Plan: Customized domain, branded Android and iOS apps, personalized logo and interface for client-facing experience.
  
  
• Additional services such as automated communication tools, compliance updates, analytics dashboards, and CRM functionalities.
  
  

3. Account Registration

• You must register using accurate and current details, including your ARN number, GST (if applicable), and firm name.
  
  
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  
  
• You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or breach of your account.
  
  

4. White Label Customization

If you subscribe to the White Label Plan:

• You agree to provide your business details, brand name, logo, and domain name.
  
  
• We reserve the right to review and reject names, logos, or content that are misleading, offensive, or infringe third-party rights.
  
  
• Custom mobile app development timelines are estimated and subject to approval delays on third-party app stores (Google Play, App Store).
  
  

5. Data Usage & Privacy

• Your data and your clients’ data are stored securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., IT Act, 2000).
  
  
• We will not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial use.
  
  
• Usage statistics may be used internally to improve our services or provide aggregated non-identifiable insights.

6. License and Intellectual Property

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform as per your chosen plan.
  
  
• All software, content, design, algorithms, and features belong to MFEcosystem and its licensors.

7. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Upload viruses, malware, or any code that disrupts service.

8. Payments & Subscription

• You agree to pay all applicable fees based on your selected plan.
  
  
• Subscription fees are billed annually or monthly, as per plan terms.

9. Support & Maintenance

• MFEcosystem provides ongoing updates, upgrades, and technical support based on your plan tier.
  
  
• We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime; however, scheduled maintenance or technical disruptions may occasionally occur.
  
  
• Emergency support is available via email and chat during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM to 6 PM IST).
  
  

10. Third-Party Integrations

• The platform may integrate with services such as BSE/NSE, MFU, KYC registries, or CRMs.
  
  
• We are not responsible for the availability or reliability of third-party services.
  
  
• You agree to their respective terms when connecting accounts.
  
  

11. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  
  
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
  
  
• Violate these terms,
  
  
• Fail to make timely payments,
  
  
• Use the platform in a fraudulent or unethical manner.
  
  
• On termination, all rights and licenses granted to you shall cease.
  
  

12. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of revenue, data, or goodwill.
  
  
• Errors from third-party data sources or market feeds.
  
  
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months of service.

• While we take reasonable steps to maintain the accuracy and security of the platform, we do not guarantee error-free operation or that our services will meet your expectations 100%.
  
  
• The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  
  

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
