1. Free 3-Month Demo Plan

Before choosing a paid subscription, we encourage users to take advantage of our no-obligation, 3-month demo plan. This allows you to:

• Assess platform compatibility
  
  
• Evaluate your team's comfort and usage
  
  
• Make an informed decision before committing
  
  

This free trial ensures that refunds and cancellations are minimized while you gain full confidence in our solution.

2. Refund Eligibility (Paid Plans)

If you choose a paid subscription (Regular or White Label plan), you are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• Refund Window: 15 calendar days from the date of activation.
  
  
• Refund Validity: Refund will be processed only if a valid reason is provided, such as:
  
  
• Inaccessibility or major functional breakdown (not due to user environment)
  
  
• Incompatibility despite technical support
  
  
• Misleading information at the time of purchase (subject to internal review)
  
  

Note: Refunds are not granted for reasons such as change of mind, non-usage, or minor feature mismatches after 15 days.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Email your request to support@mfecosystem.com within 15 days of activation.
  
  
• Include your registered contact number, subscription details, and valid reason.
  
  
• Our support team may request additional context or offer to resolve the issue before proceeding.
  
  
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, via the original payment method.
  
  

4. Cancellations After 15 Days

• If more than 15 days have passed since activation, no refund will be issued.
  
  
• You may still cancel your subscription at any time, and services will be stopped after the current billing cycle ends.
  
  
• No partial refunds or pro-rata adjustments will be made.
  
  

5. Custom Work / White Label Projects

• Fees paid for custom domains, branded apps, app store submissions, logo-based builds, or integrations are non-refundable, once development has begun or resources have been allocated.
  
  
• Cancellation of white-label plans after approval will not be eligible for refund under any circumstance, unless there is a significant failure from our end.
  
  

6. Modification or Termination of Services

MFEcosystem reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate services in case of misuse or breach of Terms.
  
  
• Decline refund or renewal requests for users found violating platform integrity or misusing trial/demo periods.
